Many Nova Southeastern University employees in the university’s coral reef research programs are based outside of Florida, including Hawaii. These sites and their teams play an important part in the university’s mission, from protecting our oceans’ health to restoring our coral reefs.
That’s why NSU has partnered with Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA), an independent licensee of Blue Cross and Blue Shield, to offer comprehensive health care benefits specifically for Hawaii-based employees.
Through the HMSA plan, NSU employees can receive a range of health care benefits, including the following:
Note: HMSA is only available to employees who work and reside in Hawaii.
If you're ready to enroll or have questions about the HMSA plan, we can help. Contact the NSU Florida Benefits Department at loa@nova.edu.
