Employee Assistance Programs

Balancing work and family can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Nova Southeastern University's Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), provided by Resources for Living and Lincoln Financial Group, offer free, confidential support for you and your household. Whether you're facing a small concern or a major obstacle, we're here to assist you every step of the way, helping you navigate life's challenges with confidence

Employee Assistance Program through Resources For Living

A personal issue can disrupt your routine, and that’s where the EAP comes in. Whether you need immediate assistance or guidance to make a plan, help is available anytime. You can contact an EAP specialist 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. No question or issue is too small.

You and your household have up to 6 counseling sessions per issue, per person. All sessions are free and confidential. You can use your sessions in person, by phone or through televideo. We’re always here to help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, substance misuse, parenting, self-improvement and more.
