One-Stop Chatbot
This new tool can be found in the bottom right corner on all of the contact center webpages. Our chatbot can answer general questions about:
- Admissions
- Bursar
- Financial Aid
- Registrar
SharkLink
When designing the new SharkLink, the users were the focus. The new interface provides a clean look and feel that allows content to be easily located. SharkLink now pulls important information from outside of SharkLink and displays it within, making it faster to get information you need.

CSS supports our students, faculty and staff with technology needs in a timely manner to provide the best possible educational experience at NSU utilizing innovative ideas. Our staff is located at every campus and also supports all off-site locations and clinics. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have limited staff on site and our hours of operation are: Mon – Thur, 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM; Fri, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
