Sunshine, music, good food, friends, and fun! Come join us on campus as we dive into Nova Southeastern University's Community Fest. Community Fest is a feel-good festival that celebrates and connects NSU students, employees, their families, and our community at large on NSU's Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus each year.
Community Fest has been a campus tradition since 2003, when student Michelle Manley brought together all NSU sharks to strengthen the NSU community and school pride on one special day. It’s a warm and wonderful festival for all who participate, and we want you to get involved with all the fun!
The next Community Fest will take place on February 8, 2025.
Emergency services provided by Davie Police Department and Davie Fire Rescue.
Volunteer Opportunity: Community Fest needs student volunteers to participate in a variety of different roles. Plus, your volunteer hours at the event count towards IOC (Inter-Organizational Council) service requirements.
NSU Student Organization: Student organizations can participate by hosting a booth or by volunteering to help with the event. Fin Points will be awarded to all student organizations who participate!
NSU Department: NSU Departments, colleges, and offices can be a part of Community Fest by becoming a sponsor, hosting a booth, providing giveaways, or by volunteering to help organize the event.
Community Partner: Local businesses and organizations can be a part of NSU Community Fest by becoming a financial sponsor or by donating goods or food. This is a perfect opportunity for sponsoring businesses, organizations, and food vendors to put up a banner, bring their mascot, pass out goods, and/or hand out flyers or coupons.
