Department, College, & Office Participation
Nova Southeastern University's departments, colleges, and offices can be a part of NSU CommunityFest by becoming a sponsor; hosting a booth containing information, materials, and giveaways; and/or by volunteering to help organize the event.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Departments, colleges, and offices can become a financial sponsor for NSU CommunityFest via three sponsorship levels. Please refer to the Departments, College, & Office Agreement to view sponsorship options and to sign up to participate in the event.
Activity Booths
Departments, colleges, and offices are invited to host a booth containing information and giveaways at NSU CommunityFest. Please see the Departments, College, & Office Agreement for more information.
All agreements are due no later than January 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. to the Office of Campus Life & Student Engagement located in Don Taft University Center or by email to communityfest@nova.edu.
Department, College, & Office Agreement
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel booth before January 21st: No fee
- Cancel booth between January 22nd - January 28th: $50 Cancellation Fee
- Cancel booth between January 29th - February 4th: $75 Cancellation Fee
- Cancel booth between February 5th - February 10th: $250 Cancellation Fee
