Student Poster Printing Services

Make a statement with a custom poster. Our poster printing service is your one-stop-shop. From class assignments to club events, we've got you covered. 

General Rules and Guidelines

The poster printing service is available exclusively for university-related academic and extracurricular activities, excluding marketing purposes. Faculty and students can request prints for class-related research or assignments, but not for teaching materials. Posters presented off-campus must prominently display the official NSU logo. Personal use of the service is not permitted. 

This service is open to NSU students, clubs, organizations, and faculty members only. NSU departments and colleges must use the NSU Copy Center printing services. The University School is not eligible for this service.

All materials will be reviewed for compliance with NSU policies, including logo usage guidelines. A copy of the official college logo can be obtained from your program office, or you can download the generic NSU logo.

Requests containing pornography, offensive or excessive violence, illegal or abusive content, or any denigration of race, religion, or copyright violations will be rejected.

How to Make a Poster Printing Request

  1. Fill out the online form.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number.
  3. Forward the confirmation email to posterprinting@nova.edu with your design/poster file as an attachment.

Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus: You may pick up your poster(s) at Rosenthal Student Center, Room 201 (The Oasis) at the NSU Ft. Lauderdale/Davie Campus. We do not provide any delivery service. Please be sure to have the reference number with you when pick-up. The reference number is on the email confirmation.

Regional Campuses: You may pick up your poster(s) during business hours at the front desk of the NSU Campus Office in your area. You will be required to show your NSU SharkCard (NSU ID) when pick-up.

All posters are printed on standard bond paper. If you require a higher-quality finish, such as glossy or photo paper, please provide your own paper.

Only available poster sizes are 24" x 36" and 36" x 48" with printing only (no lamination or foam boards mounting services).

 

Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus:

Please allow at least 2–3 business days from the day we received your request for your poster(s) to be available for pick-up. We will send you an email (NSU email) to let you know when you poster(s) is ready for pick-up.

Regional Campuses:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your poster request to be processed and shipped to your respective NSU campus for pick-up. We recommend adding some buffer time from the date you need the poster(s) in case of any damage during shipment.

All printing requests are free of charge until it reaches a quantity limit of 5 posters per academic term for each (individual) student and faculty member. Each NSU student organization is allowed to request up to 15 posters per academic term*.


Any request beyond the quantity limit will be directed to NSU Copy Center where standard printing charges and payment procedures will apply.

All requests from student organization require approval of appropriate approver; otherwise, the request will not be processed. Approvers are administrators, advisors, designated Student Affairs officer within the colleges/centers, or student organization president.

* “Term" is defined as ‘semester'** where semester system is applied and as ‘quarter'*** where quarter system is applied. The quantity limit corresponds to number of month per term per academic year to give a fair total of 15 posters limit per academic year (for individual student/faculty) regardless of what system is used.
** Semester: 3 semesters per year (Fall, Winter, and Summer). Quantity Limit allocation is 5 posters per term, total up to 15 posters per academic year.

*** Quarter: 4 quarters per year (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer) Quantity Limit allocation is 4 posters for each Fall, Winter, Spring, and 3 poster for Summer, total up to 15 posters per academic year.
