I have been a pharmacokineticist for over 30 years and a licensed academic user of Certara® Phoenix NLME for over 15 years. I obtained my BSc. Pharm from the University of Manitoba, my Pharm.D. from SUNY Buffalo. I completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy and Clinical Pharmacokinetics at The Ohio State University.
Statistical Interests:
Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic analysis. Clinical trial design and analysis. Mixed effect model population analysis. non-compartmental analysis, compartmental modeling, nonlinear mixed -effects population analysis, physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modeling, Monte-Carlo simulation, Bayesian techniques, in vitro-in vivo extrapolation, pharmacodynamic models. I am also proficient in several statistical procedures including: General Linear Models, Mixed effects models, Logistic regression, Survival analysis, Bland Altman analysis, Bayesian forecasting, Meta analysis, AI based classification and regression, Likert response analysis, Item response theory.
Statistical Methods:
Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic modeling of xenobiotic plasma concentration response relationship using non-compartmental, compartmental, and physiologically-based techniques. In-vitro In-vivo extrapolation.
