Your SharkLink ID and password will be used for all web access

My NSU Identity

All financial aid applicants, students, employees and alumni are assigned a SharkLink ID that uniquely identifies them and provides them access to our online systems. To obtain your NSU ID and/or SharkLinkID, please see the information below based on your status at NSU.

Financial Aid Applicants

You will need your SharkLink ID and Password to access WebSTAR. In WebSTAR, you will be able to review your financial aid status and update your personal information. Learn more about WebSTAR.

Students and Employees

Your NSU Email Name is created automatically when you become a new student, faculty, or staff member of NSU. Your NSU Email Name will also be your SharkLink ID. The password you retrieve below will be your initial (temporary) password. This password will only be valid the first time you access your account. Please register with SharkPass so you may reset your password should you forget it.

Welcome to SharkPass, your self-service password management system. SharkPass provides you with the ability to reset your NSU password even if you forgot it. Sharkpass requires you to be registered before you can reset your password.

SharkPass registration includes entering secret answers to selected questions known only to you. Once registered you may use these answers to reset your password.
