Our mission is to serve the needs of veterans returning from service and to be a foundation of support for their families. We also serve as a liaison to NSU on behalf of all student-veterans and those students who continue serving our country. We conduct commu- nity outreach events, providing an organization where students can come together in a positive social setting. SURV creates awareness among pro- fessionals and students about veterans’ concerns. If or when needed, SURV intends to provide psychological services to veterans and their families. We hope to work with professors to conduct and disseminate research on related topics.
