20 | Speech-Language Pathology DOCTOR OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY (SLP.D.) APPLICATION PROCEDURES The Doctor of Speech-Language Pathology Program begins each fall term. Applications and all supporting documentation must be submitted by May 1 to be considered for admission. Applications will not be reviewed for minimum requirements until all components of the application have been received. All applicants are responsible for submission of 1. a completed application, along with a $50, nonrefundable application fee (Applicants can apply online at apply.nova.edu .) 2. official transcripts, sent directly from all previously attended undergraduate, profes- sional, and graduate institutions • It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that arrangements are made for all transcripts to be sent. • A final transcript of all the applicant’s work up to the time of matriculation must be forwarded to NSU’s Enrollment Processing Services (EPS) prior to matriculation. 3. evaluation of coursework taken at a foreign institution for U.S. institutional equiva- lence (if applicable) Coursework taken at foreign institutions must be evaluated for U.S. institution equiva- lence by an approved National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) organization, such as one of the services listed below.
