College of Pharmacy Campaign Priorities
OUR STUDENTS | $1.2 MILLION Achieving our goal of enrolling a diverse range of high-quality students requires offering different types of scholarships and innovative learning experiences that provide real-world experience and instill entrepreneurial perspective. Meeting this visionary approach includes developing new curricula focuses like integrative nutrition, complementary medicine, and patient education; creating concurrent degree opportunities (e.g. Pharm.D. plus M.B.A., M.P.H., M.B.M.I., or Ph.D.); building a pharmacy simulation lab; and allowing students to participate in professional advocacy projects, conferences, global travel study, and international research collaborations. Opportunities include: • Endowed tuition scholarships for dual admission, specialty practice, international students, and first generation in college • Scholarships for global travel study, conference travel, and leadership development • Professional advocacy projects and international research collaborations • Pharmacy simulation and sterile compounding labs • Development of concurrent degree options OUR FACULTY | $1 MILLION Attracting and retaining talented faculty ensures quality instruction and helps advance drug development and research in the areas of autism, cancer, heart disease, pharmacogenomics, and novel formulation development.
