8 | Pharmacy ✔ TIPS • Applications open in mid-July, and the Office of Admissions processes applications on a rolling basis; therefore, it is in the best interest of the applicant to apply early. Matriculation occurs in fall semester. •The PharmCAS application process may take up to six weeks. 1. Apply to PharmCAS electronically through PharmCAS.org by May 1. 2. Send supporting documents listed below to PharmCAS. Transcripts of all coursework taken after submission of documentation to PharmCAS must be sent directly to NSU. • official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (submitted directly to PharmCAS by the college or university and/or foreign credential evaluation service)* • three letters of recommendation • official test scores—recommended, but not required 3. Submit a $50 (U.S.), nonrefundable application fee and a complete NSU supplemental application online via an emailed link that is sent once NSU has received the PharmCAS application. • Deadline for the NSU supplemental application is June 15. 4. Participate in a personal interview, if offered.* 5. Provide proof of English proficiency (required of nonnative English speakers).* *See pages 26 and 27 for details.
