Nova Southeastern University | 27 EXPENSES AND FINANCIAL AID Entry-level students should anticipate spending $2,000 per year for books. In addition, students should anticipate spending approximately $36,000 for living expenses in South Florida and the cost of lodging, food, and local travel for the on-campus institutes for a 12-month academic year. The primary financial responsibility for a student’s education rests with the student and his or her family.
