Art Director/Graphic Designer Brandee Evans Pediatric and Binocular Vision Clinic Experiences Major Growth: Since moving to the Davie campus, the pediatric service has blossomed into a specialty clinical service providing typically developing children, special needs, and brain-injury patients with eye examinations and vision therapy. With more than 10 pediatric faculty members, the clinic has become a referral center for complex cases with patients traveling from across the state seeking care. Student, Husband, Friend, Optometrist: When Dr. Hutto graduated from high school in 1999, he didn’t foresee himself becoming NSUCO’s class of 2013 president, vice president of Gold Key, and an NSU Honor Society member. He has steadily taken the initiative to become the O.D. he has dreamed of for years. A Passion for Pediatrics: Dr. Coulter, who is a Diplomate and serves as associate professor, recently completed 20 years of NSUCO service. Since joining the faculty in 1992, she has been instrumental in the growth of pediatric services at the college and is being recognized for her work with patients experiencing autism spectrum.
