The Nova Southeastern University Brand | 35 THE NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY BRAND / IDENTITY Fonts are integral to the expression of a brand because they convey personality and emotion. NSU has two primary fonts: Helvetica Condensed and Goudy . Helvetica Condensed is the primary font for print and online communications. Goudy is a companion font for use in both print and online communications. In addition to Helvetica Condensed and Goudy, NSU has adopted a new font family as well. Gotham — a contempo- rary sans-serif font — is the new addition to our font family. Individual departments and colleges are responsible for purchasing their own font licenses. Remember to treat the NSU wordmark as artwork; it cannot be accurately reproduced by using an unapproved font (like Crimson Text, for example).
