CLASS SCHEDULE 7-Week Session June 26–August 11, 2017 PAYMENT Acceptable forms of payment include • Credit card—VISA, MasterCard, and American Express • Personal checks—Checks payable to Nova Southeastern University ALLERGIES We are aware that allergies in children are increasing, and while MSC is a peanut-free school, we cannot guarantee that products used in our Ooey, Gooey, Messy Fun!; What’s Cooking?; or any other Parenting Place class have not been in plants that process peanut products. DISCOUNTS • For Music Together ® , a 20-percent discount is given for the second child older than nine months. Siblings nine months old and younger may attend for free. (Discount doesn’t apply to prorated sessions.) • Family Center Preschool and Infant & Toddler families receive a 20-percent discount on all Just for Kids and parent/child classes. (Discount doesn’t apply to prorated sessions.) • When you register for any of our 14-week classes, you will receive a 20-percent discount on each additional class. (Discount does not apply to prorated sessions.) SCHOLARSHIPS Limited financial assistance is available for eligible families. Please call the Parenting Place at (954) 262-7127 for more information. TRIAL CLASSES One free trial class is offered per child, per session. For additional information, please call (954) 262-7127. ABSENCES/MAKE-UP POLICY Make-up classes are subject to availability, with a maximum of two make-ups per class, per session. Classes can be taken in any age-appropriate Parenting Place class during the currently enrolled session. Reservations are necessary and may only be scheduled within two weeks of the desired date. A voucher must be obtained at the business office for admittance to the class. REFUND OF TUITION POLICY • A 100-percent refund will be given before the start of the first class. • A prorated refund will be given before the third class. • No refunds will be given after the third class, regardless of attendance. • Prorated registrations will not receive any additional discounts and will be processed one week prior to the start of the semester. NOTIFICATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING Adjustment of tuition will be computed from the date on which written notice is received by the business office. Refund processing time is approximately four weeks from the date written notice is received.
