ORMC is ded- icated to shaping the future of health care in our culturally diverse community. Our faculty members will mentor and prepare residents for careers char- acterized by commitment to excellence and quality of care. Our curricula employ a comprehensive approach to ensure residents develop excellent clinical skills and necessary core competencies. Physicians-in-training will work alongside staff members that model compassionate and ethical patient care and provide support and supervision to ensure patient safety. At ORMC, we have both the obligation and honor to display exemplary best practices and quality, evidence-based, physician-led patient care. We are committed to enhancing the standard of health care through accessible and consistent care. We believe our commitment to the future generation of health care providers will ensure they are prepared for the evolving health care needs of Florida and the rest of the country. Program highlights include ambulatory continuity experience in obstetrics and gynecology for a minimum of one half-day per week through the residency, procedure workshops, journal club, monthly tumor conference, in-house on-call attending 24/7, and robotic surgery training.
