120 NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY Degree Completions More than 190,000 people claim Nova Southeastern University as their alma mater. These graduates reside in all 50 states and in more than 100 other countries. Many alumni are in high-level positions in areas such as business, education, health care, law, politics, and public service. NSU graduates have served as presidents, chief executive officers, and vice presidents of leading corporations; college presidents and provosts; superintendents and assistant superintendents in some of the nation’s largest school districts; and as judges, state bar officials, state representatives, city and county commissioners, and mayors. From 2014– 2015 through 2019–2020, NSU has awarded between 6,081 and 7,219 degrees annually (Figure 13). NSU has increased the number of undergraduate degrees awarded by 17 percent between the 2018–2019 and 2019–2020 academic years (Figure 14).
