Nova Southeastern University is 1 of only 311 colleges and universities nationally selected for the Carnegie Foundation’s Community Engagement Classification, and only 1 of 50 colleges and universities to hold both community engaged and high research activity desig- nations. The community engagement classification acknowledges significant commitment to, and demonstration of, community engagement.
