Apply to the American Association of Dental Schools Application Service (AADSAS). Candidates may choose to either fill out an electronic application or download a paper application. 2. Send supporting documents listed below to AADSAS by November 15. • an AADSAS application • an official transcript from the registrar of each college or university in which the student was enrolled (mailed directly by the college to AADSAS) • evaluation forms • official Dental Admission Test (DAT) scores 3. Submit a nonrefundable, $50 application fee to NSU’s Enrollment Processing Ser- vices (EPS) at the address below, along with the following supporting documents.
