NSU Law is a leader in medical research and education and partners with many of the university’s health profession colleges and research centers. International Law —Sets you apart in the legal field and develops your understanding and basic competence regarding essential legal issues common to international practice in a variety of substantive fields. This objective includes developing your awareness of diverse cultural, social, and legal systems and how such diversity may affect your clients’ interests. Intellectual Property, Technology, and Cybersecurity Law —Focuses your learning on privacy, data security, and patent law, matching these strengths to the current substantial market need for intellectual property specialists. You will also learn to manage legal challenges from social media and computer hacking and explore patents, trademarks, and copyrighted work.
