Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine (KPCOM)—Department of Health Informatics 2021–2022 243 Graduation with Honors Presented to students graduating with a GPA of 3.90 and above (students will receive a diploma inscribed with “highest honors”), or a GPA of 3.75 to 3.89 (students will receive a diploma inscribed with “honors.”) Research Award Presented to a member of the graduating class who performed student research at a level worthy of recognition among peers and faculty members. Service Award Presented to the student who demonstrates sincere interest in community service or community projects.
