In addition to the 325,000-square-foot complex that will house an additional site for the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine, among other NSU programs, construction has begun on the 1,377-car parking garage. † Tampa Bay Regional Campus Takes Shape NSU climbed seven spots on U.S. News & World Report ’s 2019 list of top 200 Best Colleges.
