Reporting Violations of the Duty Hours Policy If a student encounters a violation of the Duty Hours Policy, the student may report it to the student’s attending, the clerkship director, the director of Clinical Sciences and the Clerkship Curriculum, the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs, or with another NSU MD faculty or staff member.
