How to create ServiceNow Request (Staff)

For each support request users need to submit a ticket using the NSU ServiceNow

Clinical Informatics - Patient Data and records, scheduling, access to Clinical Apps

Reports - Reports using SQL Reporting Services or MSExcel

Telecom or Cellular

 

Purchase Devices/Accessories (Monitor, Keyboards, Mouse,...)

  • purchase Desktops, Laptops
    • monitors
    • Wireless keyboard and mouse
    • docking station
  • purchase phone
    • phone accessories

Equipment Disposal Request

  • properly dispose of technology items such as computers, monitors, and desktop printers

Computer/Technology Move Request

  • submitted a minimum of 72 hours prior to the move date

AV Request Ticket

  • submitted at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event

Audio Visual Training request

  • Reserve a room via the room reservation system with at least a 48-hour lead time.
  • Submit this training request at least 48 hours prior to the room reservation time.
  • Limit group training to a maximum of five (5) attendees

 

Ariba On-Demand - create and approve requisitions, receive items, and search the various supplier catalogs to Purchase.

OIIT APPLICATION FINDER WEBSITE - verify whether NSU has an existing software or application that aligns with your requirements prior to making a purchase
