Creating Equipment Disposal Request

To submit the proper Equipment Disposal Request request, please use our Equipment Disposal request form in the ServiceNow ticket system ServiceNow AV request Category by following these steps below. 

  • Select Request a Service option 
  • Select Shark IT Services from the Categories  
  • Select Equipment Disposal Request

By completing this request your ticket will now be routed to the proper team for accurate assistance.
