The university offers self- service Password Reset management system. We provide user's the ability to reset their NSU password even if they forgot it.

• Please follow these steps to reset your password online
• Go to the webpage reset.nova.edu
• Enter your username or sharklink ID ONLY ( without  the @mynsu.nova.edu domain) and click blue “Submit” button
• Make a selection of either text message or email account to receive your password token and then click the blue “Request Password Reset Token” button
• Once your token is received please enter your token on our reset webpage
• Create your new password as directed and That’s it You’re Done!
• You can now use your password on any of the NSU password protected webpages
