Office 365 Groups is a service developed with collaboration in mind. It works with the Office 365 tools you use already so you can collaborate with your teammates when writing documents, creating spreadsheets, working on project plans, scheduling meetings, or sending email. Groups feature:
Shared Calendar – For scheduling events related to the group
SharePoint Document Library – A central place for the group to store and share files
Shared OneNote Notebook – For gathering ideas, research, and information
SharePoint Team Site – A central repository for information, links and content relating to your group
Planner – For assigning and managing project tasks among your group members
Microsoft Forms is a new part of Office 365 Education that allows teachers and students to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading.
