NSU Payment Plans are a great option for students and families who would like to spread out payments for their remaining balance after financial aid and other sources of funding have been applied.
Pay Your Tuition/Enroll in Payment PlanTo enroll, students must meet the following criteria:

Payment Plan Details
Students may enroll in a semester payment plan during the enrollment periods published above. Once an enrollment period for a particular plan has passed, you can no longer enroll in that plan.
The Payment Plan requires scheduled payments (installments) on fixed due dates. Installments are automatically charged to the student's selected payment method on their due dates (credit card or electronic check drawn from a U.S. bank account).
Students may be enrolled in only one plan at a time during the semester.
Students whose installment payment declines will incur a $25 declined payment fee and a hold on the student account. Two (2) declined payments render the Payment Plan subject to cancellation.
The student may assign a person as an authorized user to access their eBill account. The authorized user may enroll the student in the Payment Plan to make payments on the student's behalf. If a parent, guardian, or other person will be making payments on the student's behalf as an authorized user, NSU requires the student to complete the Release of Information (ROI) Consent for the authorized person. For instructions on how to set up an authorized user in eBill, visit our NSU eBill FAQs.
In the event of a change in either costs or funding sources after enrollment in the Payment Plan, the plan installment amounts will be recalculated. After recalculation, the balance will be redistributed to any remaining installments.
Students
Authorized Users
The student must have designated you as an authorized user in NSU eBill before you will be able to enroll in an NSU Payment Plan on the student's behalf.
Did you know?
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of students’ records and prohibits the university from disclosing or discussing personal information with anyone other than the student. Therefore, students should ensure that their authorized NSU eBill users are given consent to discuss information by also completing the Release of Information Consent in our secure portal at nova.edu/roi.
NSU eBill allows students to authorize others - such as parents, guardians, or sponsors - to view their accounts and pay their bills. To authorize a user, students may select the "Authorized Users" link from the "My Profile" menu. The student will then be prompted to type the email address of the authorized user. Once the new user's email address has been submitted and the electronic authorization has been signed, the authorized user will receive an automated message with login instructions. Students may set up as many authorized users as desired.
