Contacting Your Class

Once you log in to WebSTAR, you will see the general menu. Click on Faculty & Advisors and you will see the following menu:

  1. Click Term Selection.

  2. Select the term from the drop-down menu, then click Submit. You will be brought back to the Faculty & Advisors menu.

  3. Click CRN Selection.

  4. Select the CRN of the class, then click Submit. You will be brought back to the Faculty & Advisors menu.

  5. Click Detail Class List and you will be brought to a detailed list of the class you specified. This list will contain most of the information for your students.

    • To email an individual student in the course, click the email icon at the right of his/her record (see illustration above).

    • Very Important: If the student does not have the icon to the right of his/her record, it means they do not have an NSU email account.

    • To email the entire class, scroll down to the very bottom of the class list. You will see the Email class link (as shown above).
