Adolescent Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT)

Nova Southeastern University's Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment program (ADAPT) offers individual, group, and family therapy. We use social skills training, parent-child relationship enhancement, anger management, communication skills training, and behavioral contracting as part of our treaments. Training in cognitive-behavioral, family systems, experiential, and social-learning theory approaches are also provided.

Who We Help

We provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to adolescents who have been arrested for minor offenses, have substance abuse problems, or are at-risk for developing such problems.
