Mission: To further the sense of camaraderie, university spirit and cooperative scholarship amongst faculty members. At each conclave, a presentation is made on a subject felt to be of wide interest to those in the academic community.
The symposia will take place at our Faculty Club from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., with President Hanbury hosting and in attendance.

The next symposium will be on Thursday January 9th, 2014, at 4:30 PM., Jaime Cassidy, J.D. and Nancy Klimas, M.D. will present Why Do We Have Hopeless Heroes? Factors Impacting the Successful Reintegration of Veterans.
On Thursday November 7th, 2013, Dr. Kathy Cerminara and Dr. Stephen Grant presented Welcome to the Post-Genomic Era: Personalized Medicine and Patients' Rights.
On Thursday October 3rd, 2013, Dr. Christine Jackson and Dr. Paul Bradley presented Creativity: Process and Product.
On September 5th, 2013, Dr. Douglas Flemons and Dr. Scott Poland spoke on School Safety and Violence Prevention.
