Michael Ulm, JD, PA-C
Professor Ulm joined the staff at Nova Southeastern Physician Assistant Program - Orlando in December 2010 as full-time faculty. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2006.
Professor Ulm's background is varied and interesting. He has served in the United States Army as a Special Operations Weapons Sergeant. He served oversees with the 10th Special Forces Group in Germany. He taught at the JFK Special Warfare Center in North Carolina where he began his passion for medicine.
Professor Ulm has clinical experience in family practice and emergency medicine. He has been CEO of a Critical Access Hospital in Oklahoma. He has experience as an international PA having worked in Germany as Director of the first Physician Assistant Program. He has family practice experience from the United Kingdom. While oversees he experienced firsthand various aspects of social medicine.
Professor Ulm enjoys teaching all areas and aspects of medicine. His interests are medicine and law.
Professor Ulm has a lovely wife named Silvia and two wonderful children, Brittany and Michael David.
