Tia Solh, MPAS, PA-C
Professor Solh joined the Physician Assistant faculty of the Orlando campus full-time as an assistant professor in 2013, after teaching the Microbiology course as a guest lecturer.
Awarded a full-ride scholarship, Professor Solh received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Wayne State University in Detroit.
She has worked in the fields of Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, and Bone Marrow Transplant, but has spent most of her career in Emergency Medicine. Professor Solh has also served as a preceptor to many second year P.A. students from various states.
She lived in Michigan and Minnesota before finally settling in Florida with her husband, who is a local oncologist.
When she is not at Nova, or working clinically, she enjoys spending her time with her young daughter.
